We believe learning should be celebrated, and what better way to celebrate than with pizza? Today, we're excited to announce the first winner of our monthly #MergePizzaParty contest, a new initiative we've launched to recognize educators who are transforming their science classrooms with augmented reality.
Why We Started #MergePizzaParty
Every day, we're inspired by the creative ways teachers use our Merge Cubes to bring science to life. We see photos of students exploring molecular structures, diving into human anatomy, and soaring through the solar system – all with the power of hands-on AR. We wanted to celebrate these moments and share them with our growing community of innovative educators.
The concept clicked instantly: Let's reward these amazing teachers and their students with something everyone loves – a pizza party! It's our way of saying "thank you" to educators who go above and beyond to make learning engaging and memorable.
Our First Winner
Seeing the submissions roll in has been incredible. Teachers everywhere have shared photos of their students deeply engaged in learning and investigating STEM concepts with Merge Cubes in hand. Each photo tells a story of discovery, collaboration, and the joy of hands-on learning.
More Than Just Pizza
While we love treating winning classrooms to pizza, this initiative is about something bigger. It's about building a community of educators who inspire each other! Every submission we receive shows another innovative way to use AR in education, providing ideas and inspiration for educators everywhere.
